Don’t forget! When not using your Cooei Companion, please keep your
bag and flip flops unfolded. When you first take the bands off your
folded flip flops, they will remain bent. Don’t panic! Our flip flops
are designed with soft rubber so they can bend and will return to
their original shape. Remember to try and keep your Cooei Companion
Bag dry to preserve the shiny metals. If your bag gets dirty, gently
spot wash the nylon areas and leave out to air dry.
Shipping
Items will be shipped out within 48 hours and we will notify you via email.
If there is a delay due to stock we will advise prior to you placing
your order and will provide an estimated shipping date. We can only
ship to physical street addresses in the United States. We cannot ship
to a PO Box.
$7 flat rate shipping – FedEx ground shipping.
You do have the option to use faster shipping methods for a higher rate.
International Shipping
If you want your own Cooei Bag and don’t live in the US - no worries!
Please email us and we’ll let you know the cost and how we can process
your order.
Exchange/Return Policy
Exchanges - We are happy to exchange your purchase if you require a
different color or size. It must be returned to us unused, unworn,
with the original tags and packaging, within 15 days of the delivery
date.
Refunds – It is important to Cooei that you are completely happy with
your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we can
credit your purchase. It must be returned to us unused, unworn, with
the original tags and packaging, within 15 days of the delivery date.
For both Exhanges and Refunds, you must ship items pre-paid and
insured via a trackable carrier. Please note shipping and handling on
merchandise is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
We warrant that your purchase will be free of defects in material and
we offer our Exchange/Return Policy so that you can obtain an exchange
or refund.
We do not make any other warranties about our product. We do not make
any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If there is a
defect of some sort, our only liability and your only recourse against
us will be for a refund of the purchase price. You agree we will not
be liable for any kind of damages, whether consequential or
incidental, and whether for personal injury or otherwise.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of
the limitations above may not be applicable to you.
Privacy and Security
At Cooei, protecting the privacy and security of your personal
information is very important to us. The information you provide and
we capture when you purchase is used to deliver your ordered product
and for Cooei to contact you about your purchase. We will not share,
sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing
purposes without your permission. We may use your information to
consider ways to improve our products, services and site. We may
disclose your information if required to do so by law.
We Try But Cannot Promise Privacy of Information
We will use encryption and other security programs and systems to
protect your personal information from unauthorized access and
disclosure. But we cannot use every possible security measure and we
cannot guarantee that third parties will not unlawfully hack or
otherwise gain access to your personal information, and you will not
try to hold us responsible if we are unable to maintain the security
of your information.
